humm At The Moon

It's a wonderful time to be inspired by our own yoga practice as we harness the energy of the Lunar New Year to find more clarity, connection and joy in 2022.   Moon Salutations allow space for spontaneous, intuitive movement as we become receptive to own innate inner wisdom. This grounding practice moves slowly and gently so we can tune into a higher sense of presence and spirit, one that is free from judgement and stifling ideals of perfection.  So many of us battle with this idea of perfectionism.  We find security, especially during uncertain times in making sure every detail is taken care of or being overly cautious to avoid making a mistake.  But by relinquishing this control, we embrace ourselves and the world around us just as they are and not how we would like them to be.   We turn our attention instead to finding the beauty, the love and the little miracles present in everything.  That in essence, is liberation.
