Step by step, arm balances and inversions are made accessible with insightful queues and personal attention in this small class setting. Focusing on maintaining a slow and steady continuous breath, Vinyasa revitalizes the nervous system, tones the diaphragm, improves respiratory health and improves the quality of sleep. Breathing slowly and mindfully also releases physical tension and restores peace and calmness to the mind.
