Service Description

Build heat in the body with a slow, steady vinyasa. Then this class moves on to Yin to chill the mind. Yin yoga helps to melt away stress and tension. It is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holds in passive poses. Yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of movement in the body. The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to the more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling or tennis. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners. You will leave the feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed.
